I’m Rachel, a musician, animal lover, kennel builder, business owner, dog photographer, grandmother and now dog groomer.

Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and Cound’s Hounds grew from that lifelong passion. My aim is to offer calm, caring grooming where every dog feels comfortable and leaves looking their best.

I’m based in the village of Brent Knoll, grooming from a purpose built space in my garden. It’s a calm, quiet setting which helps dogs feel relaxed during their groom.

Working from home means I can give each dog my full attention and take the time needed to make the experience comfortable and unhurried.

Whether it’s a full groom, a bath and tidy, or a puppy’s first introduction to grooming, every dog is treated with patience, kindness and care.
